About

As a child raised on a cattle ranch and rice farm in Southeast Texas, Nancy developed a love and appreciation for land and the outdoors. She was encouraged by her father to invest in land and made her first real estate investment in her twenties. After buying and selling several properties, she decided to pursue a real estate career, seeing it as an opportunity to share her knowledge and experience with others seeking an opportunity to have the luxury of living in the country. Nancy earned a real estate license in 2002, a Broker’s license in 2005 and a Graduate Realtors Institute Designation (GRI) in 2014. Nancy and her husband Sonny moved to La Grange in 2003 from the Fredericksburg, Texas area. Their move to La Grange was driven more by business opportunity than specific desire to live in La Grange. Leaving her beautiful ranch in Gillespie County was difficult but if you ask her now, she will admit that La Grange was the best move she ever made! “ I wouldn’t trade life along the Colorado River for any other place.” Through church, social, business and service clubs, the friendships she enjoys in La Grange are priceless. In her leisure time, she enjoys her horses, dogs and entertaining friends and family at their home along the banks of the Colorado.
